Driving school software is the program in which a driving school schedules lessons, manages its students and bills its services. Spurana is Flowrenix's driving school software for Swiss driving schools and runs in the day-to-day operation of the Alfadrive driving school in Olten.
Instead of a paper calendar, an Excel list and handwritten invoices: your students book themselves, the student record keeps itself up to date, and the invoice with a Swiss QR-bill comes straight out of the system.

The Alfadrive driving school in Olten works every day with the system I built. Booking, student records, invoices and reminders run there in one application, built hand in hand with the instructors, during live operation.
It includes an instructor dashboard with a calendar, a student portal, a separate area for road safety theory courses and online payments via Stripe and TWINT.

Spurana is a finished product with one monthly price. You get your own instance in your driving school's branding: logo, colours, images, texts and your prices.
I take care of the setup: website, branding, data migration and onboarding, so you can keep teaching. You have one contact person who built the system himself.

Questions about the driving school software.
Spurana costs CHF 250 per month including 1 instructor login, each additional login CHF 100 per month, plus a one-off CHF 4'900 for the setup.
Yes. Spurana is a subscription with a minimum term of 3 months from go-live, then cancellable monthly. Without cancellation the subscription renews automatically for one month.
Yes. I migrate student data, open subscriptions and price lists during setup, from Excel, paper or your current software. Up to 300 student files are included; beyond that there is the optional launch package.
Yes. Invoices carry a Swiss QR code and can be paid via e-banking, online also by card and, if activated, TWINT. Open amounts trigger payment reminders. Online payments cost the fees of your own Stripe account.
You do. You can download bookings and reports as CSV at any time. At the end of the contract you receive an export of all stored data on request; after that it is deleted within 90 days, unless a legal retention duty applies.
